Ken_b - Yes I am on a dedicated server cluster. It seems only DC2 was affected which also hosts LiquidWeb's phone system. Hence many customers couldn't even contact them via phone during the downtime. Everything looks to be back to normal though. Got 23% monthly cost as SLA credit for the downtime. Make sure to file your SLA claim within 5 days of the downtime.
