privacy - yes, but should be initiated at the user level

child protection - role of the parent, teacher, family and community. Nothing the government can implement that will really help here.

cybersecurity - again, user level. Depends on the neighborhood you visit, just like in real life. Go ahead and protect major infrastructure, but nothing good will come out of anything else. Just like guns - it will only hamper the good folks; the criminals will still get by.

copyright protection - Yes, good place for government to get involved. Might even help the economy.

Internet governance - Huh?
