I had similar experience last year. But my payment was not sent back. My account was restricted. I had submit details of transactions alongwith contact details of my clients. Then they removed the restrictions. As you know all financial institutions are afraid of doubtful transactions through them so they try to know sender of each payment. Even most governments have put so much pressure on them.
