They have asked me to make clear what will happen if I'm away on vacation, or not available as far as support and maintenance on the website is concerned. As far as technical issues relating to hosting are concerned I can set up a system so that they can email the support team that hosts all of my websites. So that should be ok. I'm a bit stuck on what to do if they come across a non-hosting related error or problem with the website. If I can't be contacted and I'm a one man band what do I do? What do others do in this situation? Would you outsource support?
As a one man band, I'm just starting the process of going part-time in my current full time job, so that I'm able to build and market websites, and I'm finalising my first proper contract with an organisation.
