There is a post here that lists the main 3 sites that most companies use. I am not going to reccomend any, sorry. Its more about the supplier you pick and how you manage the project than the site used, although the third site listed (see below) is more buyer-centric as opposed to eLance which is more like eBay and favours the sellers.
