Elance has been working best so far, usually get a few high priced bids but there will be 1 or 2 cheap ones in there as well typically. Price is pretty much unrelated to quality of work, so always check for samples, and be sure to be very clear on what you expect in the finished product. Getafreelancer also seems good, though I have yet to try anyone from there. But I do get lots of bids, I have a feeling that it might be a bit more hit and miss. Also tried bestjobphillipines but so far have gotten very few responses and the people I've talked to have been flaky. My advice would be to first do small/cheap projects that you know how to do yourself (but you don't want to spend the time doing). This way you'll know what bids are reasonable, and you'll be able to test out different service providers at low risk. You can find surprisingly cheap quality work this way. If anyone has tried any other sites please post in here, and we can help save each other the time/headache of trial and error :)
