Just started doing this too, great practice. I'm finding that a certain amount of clients will say things like" it's supposed to have" or " all other sites do this", especially when building a custom shopping cart. I'm now doing an interview process to see what exactly are their expectations and how educated are they on the fact that "build it and they will come" doesn't happen. I have let go 28% of my clients in the past 2 months because of the behavior towards us with the "and we won't pay anymore for it..because it should-a done this..."
