The test... will they do the reverse for you? No way. There are no one-way agreements that are fair. The loyalty argument always fails, they will not be loyal to you. So, if your potiential customers are direct competitors, I mean DIRECT, meaning you see and hear about them in your specific business world, don't do business with them, it is very likely unethical. If they are not direct competitors go for it, the loyalty argument is an emotional smoke screen, do what is best for you. [edited by: Jon_King at 1:49 am (utc) on July 8, 2007]
Loyalty. Been there done that, it's not a valid argument in todays business environment.
