I have just received a question from a potential client. They have asked me if I accept PAYPAL as a form of payment. What do they mean? I know how Ibill works, how I can have a buy it now button, and the shopping cart and credit card transaction is processed on their secured server for a % fee. Is this what his question is, or is the ACCEPTING PAYPAL PAYMENT something else?

I don't mind it, if I receive 100% and he pays the % fee.
