I'm considering creating a "deadbeats" page on my web site, to post warnings about the clients that I have had who have not paid their accounts in full, or at all. The purpose of the page would be twofold; to shame them into paying, and to warn others what my personal experiences were in dealing with them.

I wouldn't write anything slanderous or any sort of personal attack... just what I condider to be true from my perspective in regards to the situation.

I *know* that I shouldn't be asking for legal advice here...but I would just like to know if anyone else has tried this, and what your experiences were.
