Looking for other website development companies that have two or more employees developing/designing sites to compare some notes... specifically, how many billable hours do you get out of your staff? For instance, last year my crew billed 22% of the hours they worked. I'm not sure if that's good or bad? Anyone else measuring this? Care to share your findings? Or how do you track productivity?
