Having the question of where a person heard about the bar is still prone to bad data. Many will just check the first possible item, some will forget they saw your web site, etc.

Why not just offer the raffle via the web site? Provide the entry form on the site, they fill it out and return it to the bar for entry.

Throw in a 20% discount (e.g.) on a meal when they deliver it also, if you want to promote business during the pre-drinking hours (lunch/dinner).
