Just for what it's worth, I currently use the following e-mail addresses/formats for the employees at my company:

Professional E-mail Addresses

  • info@mycompany.com (For General Inquiries)
  • sales@mycompany.com (Sales information)
  • privacy@mycompany.com (Inquiries on Privacy Issues)
  • press@mycompany.com (Public Relations - Press Information)
  • partnership@mycompany.com (For partnership proposals/info)
  • directors@mycompany.com (Inquiries on the board of directors)

    Personal E-mail Addresses

  • firstname@mycompany.com (Personal E-mail Address for Employees)
