I'm writing up a contract for a web design for a client, and I've never had to bother with the formality of a solid written contract before.

I'm looking for some tips on writing out the verbage on the contract itself, legalese, etc. Searching on google produced some good examples, but I would like to get one that was, if possible, public domain and relevant to New York (if that's necessary.)
