LOL...In my experience it doesn't much matter how you word the contract, if they have your phone number you will inevitably become "email-boy".

Email support is probably the biggest single under valued service offered by webmasters/hosts.

If they have no internal support for email issues, then price it high.....they will use you and abuse you, so you may as well have that built into the price :)
