I just don't understand why if a certain domain has 10+ years of existence , and mischievous webmasters spam the heck out of it.
Then, SEO experts recommend to the domain owner to start fresh with a new domain. How is it their fault, and who says the new domain won't be spammed to oblivion in the same manner ? Or maybe that's the only excuse they could come up with, to help the domain owner.
What's more troublesome is how Google never wants to answer the question as to how to deal with mischievous webmasters...or their victims. A lot of the time the victims get all the blame and penalizing...while nothing ever happens to the bad apples.
Google's stance for so many years now...is to either ignore the issue, or act like it's not even happening. Or the chance of it to occur is very slim.
Meanwhile, black-hat type businesses like this thrive behind the scenes. Where there's money from the rich, there's sabotage that could be done.
