If the same content available on different pages are considered duplicates, how come the same press releases are displayed in Google's result page via various press release sites that the press release was sent for distribution?
Also, what if the same press release which is being distributed across various pr sites is also available in the source website itself in press release section? Should I need to put a canonical tag to this page in my website and make the page as its own canonical? Because I cannot access the pr sites and ask them to put a canonical back to my site right?
How does Google handle it and how you handle it?
Thanks for all the help!
