I understand your point @McMohan but for @Sgt_Kickaxe it's a bit late to try and hide that his site has affiliate content on it - and we're talking about his situation. I don't personally feel that noindex on those pages is going to benefit/protect the rest of his site. Besides that, He mentioned they do well in other SEs, what happens if they obey the noindex? No more other SEs... I'd at least TRY the nofollow on the links first and see what the results of that during the course of a month.
