Don't like your site being proxy served? Install some .htaccess rules.
I did, but of course, after the fact. After I discovered they even existed, and after tons of content was in Google's search engine cache.
Sure, I did the research and found that AppSpot uses a predicable user-agent. But, that won't protect me from the next set of "web proxies" that use a different user agent.
Again, just noting my opinion that if your site presents a "copy" of someone else's site to Google's crawler, it should be subject to the same rules as other scrapers. Not sure why that has you so wound up.
