Well, the home page of google isn't really content per se. Get one of them to crawl something they care about, and then get somebody at Google who matters to see it, then the app will get banned.
My point isn't that there's some automated Google overlord that will zap the account behind the scenes. My point is that they would consider it a DMCA issue if it were something or someone they cared about.
