Had the same thing happen once not too long ago.

Threw the site back up, went on my way and did other things thinking it would take a while to get back where it was if it did but within a week it was right back where it was before the "renewal oops".

It sounds like yours is a bit bigger so it might take longer to get through all the pages again but I don't think it's the "debacle" it may seem. It wasn't in my experience anyway.
