Exactly... in the case I mentioned above the fact that a human has not told me what they see wrong after asking 10+ times to specifically tell me has in turn essentially cost me $40-50k for the year and will continue to do so as I am not listed any longer. I don't care who you are that is a decent amount of change to give up and makes it even more infuriating when your requests for specific come back with the same copy/paste response every time. I have other sites, markets, and income, but pardon me for being just a tad bitter lol!
