Hello:

I have a Blog setup on a domain for the last 6 years and has PR of 3. However, i got a very short domain name and would like to shift the old blog to the new domain.

1. If I do a RedirectPermanent will the new domain get the same rank as Old One ?

What do experts here in have got to say ?
