The way I am reading it is that the subdomain is on their domain..eg..

www.example.com our domain.

examplecom.therdomain.com is a exact copy via proxy which they are advertising in PPC fro reg. users.

They went ahead with allowing bots crawl their URLs without letting us know whats up, I am not a lame duck here..

Before i CAUGHT IT, GOING BACK IN LOGS, ....

I am just not sure..
