Google often rewrites the title tags. They are regularly testing different titles to display on the search result page. When Google rewrites the title it can result in more people clicking on your listing in the search results.
Also your original title tag looks like you might be doing some keyword stuffing and Google tends not to like it, plus it is not very helpful for users.
