I would:

A. a single post will contain links to other post from other sectors.

Moderately, and only when the other post is really relevant. The anchor used would generally be different than interlinking under B. below, i.e. more often than not the anchor would be a single word anchor, kind of like a reference only.

Or B. a single post will contain links only to posts from its sector.

I would link more freely than in A above, but again, only if relevant. The anchor would more likely to be a phrase rather than a single word.
