@backdraft7 If you run a forum it could be some bot net has found your site and is trying to post to it.

In early september our site got hit by a bot net seemingly trying to post messages (they never get past the spam checks). It is driving me nuts since they hit the site thousands of times a day from hundreds of ips (China,Russia,Ukraine). We block the ips but they just keep changing. It has made my bandwidth increase probably by 30-40% and has taxed the proscessing power of the server.
