Today's number 1 for my main two-word key term doesn't have the exact term on the site, and on the resulting (Home) page only has one of the two words on it once. Clearly low keyword count/density works!

That site is also very good at keeping the important content above the fold: there is so little content that only a couple of the 13 pages get below the fold.

In terms of actual relevance, they are in the right business (obvious newcomers), but that is about as far as it gets.

If Google's intention is to thwart SEO, they are right on the money with that one.
