@graeme_p so basically nothing of what you did in the meantime actually made the situation better and you had to wait for the next update. Sounds like I'm in for a long wait then if there's 9 months between updates.

Strangely enough I've been hit by a "too many ads" penalty and yet I get an email from someone at Google
