Frost the site sounds like a manual review and you were hit. I would forget all the copied crap and figure out why you were hit. I had the same thing happen years ago and it had nothing to do with the copied scrapers my site was filtered. Figured it out sent in a request and came back took months back then but if you can discover the cause it is much faster today.
