I thought when I got some better metrics that my site will get back, but I dont see any movement at all.

Before my changes :
Bounce rate 82%
Time on site 0.52min

after my changes and total new layout, CMS..
Bounce rate 40%
Time on site 2:20min

and new stats has been that way for a few month.

I slowly think I was never hit by Panda, when I look at my stats it slowly got down and later as example from 25000 to 16.000 but that date where that happen, it dont seem to have been a update.
