I checked twitter and could see no reference to a Panda update announcement. Also, your link is broken.

I thought Panda might hit between the 7th and 9th based on previous stats. Maybe it's in early stages but I see nothing significant here in the UK.

I know all too well this could be a different story when I wake up...!
