Im uk based however the site gets 90%+ of its traffic from the USA, if it is the hurricane I didnt notice any issues the last two days, seems a definate backlash today. Normally get I huge traffic surge 2pm GMT when the east coast awakes.

Claaarky, one of these sites is a multi Panda victim, so if you are seeing improvement maybes ( hope not ) im getting bit again.
