I've no evidence that Google transcribes the spoken word on videos into text but it's not difficult to do. They may not penalise it now but who knows what they'll do in the future, this company is capable of the craziest things.

What's wrong with re-writing the content so it says the same thing only with different words? It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes or so per 500 words if you use dictation software.
