---- Does transcribing my Youtube video create duplicate content?

Transcribing OTHER people's videos is stealing content..

The sound track ( music sounds or spoken parts ) of any video is / are as subject to copyright as are any images used in it..and a transcription made without permission from the owner and creator of any video is a breach of IP..as are any translations to other languages..

The exception(s) would be if the transcript was made in order to be part of a critique ( which does not mean a few words ) à la "I agree with what they said here" ..or used for satire etc ( or all of the recognised, and enshrined in international copyright law )legal exceptions..un-authorised transcripts ( unless extremely brief ) are not "fair use"..

Anyone in doubt about the above ? is welcome to make a transcript of any Disney ( or major studio movie ) or even movie trailer..and wait for the copyright lawyers..
