I've been seeing that for years for my widgets most especially from India and then China followed by quite a few UK and US sites that have obviously used Indians to write them since they follow exactly the same format.

It's pathetic, Google evidently cannot discern between quality and spam whereas, in my niche, Bing does not have this problem whatsoever.
