On the page Webmaster Tools>Help home>Health>Disavow links page:
[support.google.com ]

These are the instructions:

Download links to your site
On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.
On the Dashboard, click Traffic, and then click Links to Your Site.
Click Download.

I cannot find the "Download" link as stated.

Is it just me?
