More info from that disavow tool beta tester: [davidnaylor.co.uk...] From his metrics graph, you can see the site was hit hardest from the unnatural links notice, then it got a further push down from what looks like the May Penguin refresh.

Maybe recent Penguin data refresh was performed only to account for beta testers prior to the tool launch (hence the extremely small fraction of affected queries)?
