The advice from Matt Cutts is worth repeating. His advice is: only use the Disavow Links tool if you already received an unnatural backlinks notice and can see that your rankings have been impacted.

If you didn't get one of those little warning gems in your WMT account and your rankings are "steady as she goes" - then I would not tinker around. Google already ignores bajillions of backlnks.
