What took so long?

Since they swiped the idea from bing, they had to wait a decent interval. Otherwise it would just seem as if they swiped the idea from bing.

Anyone have an opinion or thoughts about how this compares to the Bing Disavow tool?

Yeah. You can FIND Bing's version. How do you get to g###'s version other than by clicking the link in the blog?
