If they have adsense on their pages, you can file this one too: [support.google.com...] I've gotten quite a few scrappers banned from Adsense that way :D. Most times, though, they just disable ad serving to the pages and send a message to them. It almost always gets their attention, whereas emails and DMCAs to hosting providers often get ignored.
