Do a search here for DMCA, then report the site in your Webmaster Tools account, they can hide the registration for now, but it will show the host, that is the next place to report the site..hopefully it is a US host. It takes a little work but they may be down quickly depending on who and where they are.
I'm sure others here have better advice that is more specific, just trying to give you ideas on where to start looking. Good luck.
