A. KWs in your page body and the External link pointing to that page. Try to water that ratio down if possible.

B. Alt image tags

C. The phrases in bold were something like pointer on my page and were not intentionally there for the purpose of ranking but they were about 15-20 repeats of the same phrase in bold. It was dynamically driven php page .
