The 950 has been around since 2006-7 maybe before. There has been a great deal of discussion years ago if it was a filter or penality. If you have the time by all means go for it. It is usually either over optimized or the algo has taged it as a spam site. I posted what I would do move on because more than likely will take more time than I could afford to work out of this one.
