I have removed some bad links. Added some op quality ones, without anchor text. De optimised internal links. Watered down titles and text to the point that I now get next to nothing from Bing. All for nothing seemingly.

It's over for me if this is the case. Taxi driving here I come. Hopefully I can maybe keep the house if I can get some kind of job.
