My site that was hit by the first penguin hasn't moved at all, could it be a few days until the new SERPS show? Have any of you in the uk seen changes yet?

I dont know what to do now. I waited for another penguin update to see if my site improves but there are no changes yet. I wonder when the 'jarring and jolting' update will come.
