So say for whatever reason, you want to track outgoing links on your site. What are the best ways to do this for SEO?

Javascript? Frames? Redirects? Google analytics?

Does google punish a site if it sees a lot of tracked outgoing links? I have a Panda inflicted site that has a lot of openX links (popular link tracking program that uses redirects to get the job done). Bad idea...possible culprit?
