Personally I don't believe internal duplication (multiple urls for the same content) is a Panda issue. Certainly good to tidy up from an SEO perspective, but my site has been squeaky clean on that front for over a year and it hasn't brought about any improvement.

I believe Panda is about things that people can actually see, things that affect how they use your site. It's those sorts of changes that have produced the results for me.
