Yes, it is hard to ignore/not take this personally. You see big brands ranking for products they don't even sell yet the small retailers who DO sell them (& indeed specialise in them!) are no where to be seen! The SERP's right now look OK for us yet it is very quiet. Traffic has been up this week but we have loads of foreign visitors(USA in the last 24hrs).
