We're seeing a +100% increase of Google referrals on a Penguin affected site, however, it is not on any of the terms or pages that were lost during April 24th Penguin. The increase began around 3PM ET yesterday.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that 6 months was the assumed amount of time for an unnatural links penalty. (may have been opinion, versus from G*) We're 6 months from April 24th, so it may be that many of the sites who have cleaned up from that date, will start coming out of the penalty box now.
